Six steps to bring your Brazilian hair back to life
Regardless of any brand of human hair weave or hair wig, it will lose its original luster by sweat and wear with time. Brazilian hair products are popular with women due to its luxurious texture and versatility. Virgin Brazilian human hair is the favorite hair type among the kind of hair weaves.
After prolonged use, it may start to look fragile, dull, or tangled. Most people decide that it is time to buy new virgin hair strands, but there are some ways to turn old damaged hair strands into a silky, shiny hair. Today, we will tell you how to bring your old Brazilian hair weave back to life in a simple 5-step operation.
Tools needed:
shampoo
conditioner
Wide tooth comb
Liquid Shine or Light Serum Oil
How to bring old Brazilian hair back to life?
Step 1: Comb/brush the hair
Your Brazilian hair bundles must be tangled before you start. Before doing styling, you have to make sure to sort it out first. Although this step is troublesome, it must be done. If you don't mess up your hair first, you can't wash or comb your hair from start to finish with a wide-toothed brush. Depending on how tangled your hair is, you can add some conditioner when combing your hair so that your hair will be smooth. Or you can use extra virgin olive oil diluted with water.
Step 2: Removal of ash and residue
Once the hair has been combed, soak the hair in a silicon shampoo mixed with water. The silicone blend shampoo can clean the hair and remove any dirt and residue that remains on the hair.
Step 3: Washing hair
First, you have to rinse off the shampoo. Make sure to rinse your hair from top to bottom and comb your hair gently to avoid even more tangling. You can use a clarifying shampoo to remove the residue left on your hair, and then use a regular cleansing shampoo.
Step 4: Conditioner care
After washing with shampoo, rinse the shampoo with clean water, and then you need to choose a conditioner to care for it. Let the conditioner stay on the hair for 20 minutes to soften the hair. If you are washing Brazilian hair extensions or Brazilian hair wigs, you can even sit in the dryer for 20 minutes, apply the conditioner, and rinse it off.
If your hair is installed, put on a plastic shower cap and let it sit. If you want to penetrate the hair, even more, sit under the dryer.
Step 5: Air dry
After the deep treatment, rinse off the deep conditioner and let the hair dry naturally. Never explode your freshly washed hair weave in the sun. Drying the human hair naturally gives it enough time to get back to its original shape.
Step 6: Maintenance
Next use liquid gloss or light serum oil. Dip a small amount of serum oil or liquid with little shine into your hands and rub it into the braided hair. This way your Brazilian hair will be reborn.
Tips:
Don't sleep in a wig
To avoid hair loss, breakage and matting don’t wear your Brazilian human hair wigs to bed. If you have to sleep in a wig, you'd better wear a silk hair cap.
Don't wear the same wig day after day.
Over time, this wig will begin to wear and fade, and it will not look as good as it was on the day you bought it. Excessive exposure to the sun, hair styling and use of products will greatly shorten the life of the hair. You can buy two wigs and use them in turn, which can greatly extend their service life and maintain their natural beauty.
Don't wash your wig too often
About 15 days to clean once, too frequent cleaning on the natural hair wig damage is greater.
Store your wig
Store your human hair wig on a wig stand or a stand that is smaller than the wig base. This will stop the wigs cap from stretching and losing their shape.
