Quality returns/refunds
- If you receive an item with quality issues, please email us your order number. For example, wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, etc. It will be more convincing if you include a picture of the box with shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. After receiving your email, we will investigate the case and provide you with some solutions.
Reminder.
1. If you want to return the item, please leave it in its original condition, as we do not sell refurbished or used products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace is not cut. Items that have been used or washed are not allowed to be returned.
